What is your refund policy?

Items in original condition and packaging,including the tags,may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after the date of arrival when accompanied by your original invoice.Items that have been washed, worn or embroidered can not be returned,also items which are worn for costumes parties and all Halloween Orange Scrubs are final sale.Items must be in the original packaging including the tags.If the poly-bag is ripped or torn,we can not accept them,original condition only.No return will be accepted or credit given without prior return authorization.No refund on shipping charges for Wholesale Orders.Also, if the ship to address was wrong or the carrier could not deliver the items because the customer has moved,or items are undelieverable as addresses,shipping charges will not be refunded.

You will receive a full refund for the cost of the product,shipping is excluded,based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card).Original or return postage is not refundable. If you have placed your order with a credit card please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you paid by check, your refund check will be sent to you via first-class mail. Please note if you have a back-ordered item(s) the refund check will be issued as soon as your order has been completely shipped.Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7 – 10 business days for us to receive your return. Upon receiving the item(s) we process all returns within 7 days.

How to wash Natural Uniform Scrubs?

For any new nurse scrub that you purchase, it’s best to wash them once before wearing them for the first time,it helps to set the fabric dye.

Our scrubs are made of a high quality 65/35 Polly/Cotton so it is best to wash them in warm water.Use non-chlorine detergent and put them in a dryer with low heat.
